A monologue chronicling the plight of the Shakespearean fool of Bram Stoker's novel Dracula. Produced as part of the horror anthology The Sinister Six and the first installment of the Dracula Monologues trilogy, followed by The Final Voyage of the Good Ship Demeter (2012) and The Heartless Cruelty of Lucy Westenra (2023).
The Curious Case of R.M. Renfield had its premiere screening on ​October 29, 2006 at the Anthology Film Archives in New York City. It returned to the Anthology almost two decades later to screen with the entire Dracula Monologues trilogy on February 24, 2024.
